We here at New Image Fitness are a renowned personal training studio that focuses mainly on females, we cater for all ages and fitness levels when it comes to personal training. We aim at offering that extra push which will motivate you to get fit through either one-to-one personal training or semi-private personal training sessions. We aim at ensuring each and every client approaching us can make the most out of their training sessions. Our clients are provided with the skills, support, guidance, knowledge, and motivation which make it easier for them to achieve their goals through proper exercise and nutritional programs. Whether you are looking to lose weight/burn fat, build muscle, or just to gain a healthier lifestyle, we can offer the ideal exercise and nutritional program to suit your unique needs. We welcome all beginners to advanced levels and no memberships or contracts are required.

I am a qualified Fitness and Pilates instructor, along with mat base Pilates, and I am also specialised in Prenatal & Postnatal exercise, Seniors Training, Dance and Spinning.
